Jacq Bots is an AI-powered marketing platform that helps businesses create, manage, and publish content across social media platforms. Our services include content generation, social media management, scheduling, and analytics.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Social Media Integrations

Our Service integrates with third-party social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube. By connecting your social media accounts, you authorize us to access and interact with those accounts on your behalf according to the permissions you grant. You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload through our Service. By using our AI-generated content features, you acknowledge that the generated content is created based on your inputs and business information. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited messages
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jacq Bots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past twelve months.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Data Deletion

You may disconnect any connected social media account at any time from your account settings. Disconnecting an account immediately removes all stored authentication tokens and cached profile data for that platform.

For Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), you may also remove Jacq Bots directly from your Facebook or Instagram app settings. When you do so, we receive an automated notification and delete all associated data. A confirmation code is provided for your records.

You may request complete account and data deletion by contacting privacy@jacqbots.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
