When you connect your Facebook, Instagram, or Threads account, we store authentication tokens and basic profile information (username, profile URL) to provide our services. You can disconnect your account at any time from your Jacq Bots settings, which immediately revokes our access and deletes your stored tokens.

If you remove Jacq Bots from your Facebook or Instagram app settings, Meta will notify us via our data deletion callback. Upon receiving this notification, we automatically delete all data associated with your Meta account, including access tokens, profile information, and cached account data. You will receive a confirmation code to verify the deletion at jacqbots.com/data-deletion.

You may also request manual data deletion by contacting us at privacy@jacqbots.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
